Kicking off the event will be a 90-minute panel session 'Future Proofing Your Workforce and Classroom'

The future of work means organizations need to develop training and transition plans faster than ever. EHRC brings together a group of professionals from different backgrounds to discuss best practices for future-proofing the workforce and classroom with real tools – such as the EHRC Competency Framework.

Our panel session will feature industry experts:

  • Anne Marie Fannon, Director, Work Learn Institute, University of Waterloo
  • Phil Mckay, CanREA’s Senior Director of Operations
  • Brent Perrin, Senior Training Officer with Ontario Power Generation
  • Kevin Weaver, President & CEO of Georgian College

Special Guest Jessica Holmes

Following the panel session, lunch will be served and special guest speaker Jessica Holmes, beloved comedian and a perennial favourite on Royal Canadian Air Farce will take the stage.  In her signature humourous way, Jessica will share her personal battle with mental health and her work to help end the stigma surrounding this health issue.
