Communicate with Impact will be an interactive, entertaining and informative rapid-transformation workshop, handcrafted and customized for young professionals, to help them enhance their communication effectiveness at work, starting day one.

Communication Skills are the most highly valued skills in today’s business environment. Successful professionals who add value to their companies communicate clearly, accurately and effectively. Poor communication skills, on the other hand, restrict even the most talented professionals from getting ahead in the business world.

The workshop will be divided into three main parts:

1) One on One Business Conversations

This part of the workshop will lead you through proven one on one communication frameworks and strategies that will enable you to stand out from your peers, every day.

You will learn:

  • The simple science of impactful business conversations
  • How to structure a meaningful, concise and clear response to a question – on the spot
  • Effective non-verbal communication principles
  • The science of body language as it applies to one on one business communication

2) Expanding your Influence – Understanding Persuasion

In this part, you’ll uncover persuasion techniques that most people don’t even know exist.

You will learn how to build your influence by applying these principles to any number of business interactions, including written and oral conversations, managing, mentoring, negotiating, and delivering presentations.

This portion of the workshop will give you tactics that you can carry forward through your entire career.

3) Building a Powerful Personal Brand at Work

This part will tie in the information presented in the previous two sections with personal branding principles to help you create a credible personal brand at work.

It is true: “Your brand is to you, as location is to real estate”.

You will learn:

  • What personal branding is, and why it is important
  • How to create your personal brand message
  • How to communicate your brand effectively, so you can advance in your career at the fastest pace possible
